Rugby has always been my passion and I have represented my school and my country from a very young age. My usual position is that of Hooker. This position requires very specific skills and that’s exactly what I will be sharing with you on my SmartTrainer profile.
 
Hooker Fundamentals are a series of videos in which I explain and demonstrate tips on The Grip, Line-Out Throw-In’s and many more. These have to become second nature to any hooker and needs to be refined in order for you to perform at your best and be consistent.
 
Timing and Accuracy Drills includes warm-up and ball drills. Any athlete will tell you that warming up your muscles properly is crucial in preventing injuries. Unfortunately injuries happens to the best of us and therefore I have also included my Recovery Workout. In these videos I demonstrate exercises that will help you strengthen the injured muscles as well as tone and condition your whole body getting you back into top condition.
