Being able to do what I love and being outdoors at the same time is amazing! Mountain biking is the ultimate sport testing you mentally and physically every step of the way! I have been all over the world and would love to share some of my expertise with you!
 
Core Mountain Bike Skills consists of videos in which I demonstrate the Attack Position, Riding Corners, Getting over Obstacles and the Downhill. Just to mention a few. These are the basic methods you can use and then develop your own style from there on!
