My SmartTrainer tutorial – Ball Control Drills - consists of videos in which I demonstrate exercises and drills that will help you up your game! Underarm Drill and the High & Low Release Drill are just two of the Ball Control Drills which I demonstrate!!
 
Elevation Skills will help you reach higher and be more versatile on the court!! Lunge Jumps, Squat Jumps and Single Leg Long Jumps among others will help you strengthen your legs and give you more supple muscles.
